James Island State Park Day Seven (Father's Day)

Well The clan allowed me to sleep in on Father's Day.  Mid-morning bike around the park.. was hot and humid, so took refuge in the "spray pool"... then it was back to the cottage for Italian Ice.  Lunch was to be had Rita's after walking out of Snappy Jacks (yuck).  Stephen at Rita's was one of our best servers in the past 6-months.  The rest of the afternoon spent meandering thru some of the junk shops on Folly Beach.  Back to the Cottage for some games of Scrabble and dinner was Chef Dad... grilling some steak Arab style shish kabobs.

Mic painted another clever face on his Lacrosse Ball.... sort of looks like him.

Dad and Mic... goofing (hamming) it up for the camera.  Dad wearing his Tie Dye t-shirt from the Campground.

Madison and Mic in Mic's room trying to figure out where the Heck we are on the old wall map.
After grilling some kefta and steak shish kabobs we went for a "night ride" on the bikes, covering almost all the trails in the park.  Mic with the lights kept us safe lighting the way.
