Kids @ Myrtle Beach

Bagging B-ville for the week, we took a drive to Murrells Inlet, SC just a hair south of Myrtle Beach to stay at the Holiday Inn Express there (we like that place and have stayed before) for their indoor pool, close proximity to beaches and a slew of eateries within walking distance.

The kids had a blast at the pool.  We took a drive over to the Market Commons and met up with an associate of Duke who has been keeping us up on the realestate market there.  Gary Duke's pal, gave us a tour of what was available in townhouses and single family dwellings.  Prices have nose dived with listings now $100K lower than just a few months ago.  Time to buy?  Time to invest?  We will see.

We meet with Dany who is going to list our place in Conway.  We may seek another renter until the market reverses or keep the Conway place as a getaway.

Anyway, here is a picture of Anna & Michael "goofing around" with staging props at one of the townhouse units we visited.  They coped a pitcher and glass of beer of the "poker table"... nah, dad is not going to let the kids drink under-aged in public.
