USAR medical training day

On the rubble Pile

First SC USAR medical team training day 11/10/11.  Place:  Columbia, SC Fire Academy;  Time:  All Day;  What:  Morning didactic lectures, afternoon rubble pile and get down and dirty.  So how small a hole can Dr. Saleeby crawl thru?  I think the S&R team members were testing the doctor.  Could barely squeeze my helmet thru the hole cut out of concrete in a rescue scenario and managed to squeeze thru with minimal bruises and scrapes (save the 3 tears to the team blouse).  Overall the three docs in attendance got their hands dirty (Drs. Weinstein, Armstrong & Saleeby)
